4. Listings and content
You may only submit properties you have a legal right to market. All listings are subject to review and may be rejected or removed at our discretion.
5. No guarantees
We do not guarantee buyers, closings, assignment fees, or profits. Estimated values shown on the platform are provided by members and are not appraisals.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, misrepresentation, harassment, or violations of these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WholesalePro is not liable for losses arising from transactions between members or reliance on member-provided information.
